I am working at one place right now, where I do not have any problem. I tried for another job and I am offered good money and a position. They called me and give me an offer letter also. But, after giving lot of thoughts, talking to my friends, family members, relatives and office colleagues. I feel my present job is more suitable to me, mentally as well as physically & monitory also. So, how do I refuse a new job offer, by not harming my credibility and relations with them?

Send a polite thank you letter! Explain that you are pleased to have been accepted, but this doesn't fit your plans at this time.

After you have sent the letter you have plenty of time to clobber your head against the wall.

Tip for the future: Don't apply for jobs unless you are serious about it!
