I don't believe there is much you can do unless you plan on having a breast lift surgery. I had the same thing happen to me when I was about 25 and it really upset me. I had always been very thin but I put on some weight in my early 20s (about 30 pounds). I was able to lose it all within a year but my boobs haven't been quite the same since. I used to be able to go without a bra but now I need to wear one or else my boobs hang lower. It's possible that exercise may tone your body somewhat but I highly doubt things will go back to the way they were. I just tell myself that if it continues to bother me when I'm older (I'm 28 now) that I will save up and get some surgery.

I lost weight very quickly when I was getting divorced and my boobs got much smaller and droopier. Do plenty of exercices with weights, ie lie on your back and move your arms in and out with about 2 or 3 kg weights in each hand. Also press ups help a lot. They seem to be fine again although I did put some of the weight back on.

visit www.avon.co.uk and request a catalogue.
then when it arrives there is a cream in there that is to firm the bust. i use it(im a woman by the way) i cant say how much it is but isnt more than a tenner as they are always doing great deals- but is cheaper than surgery. you apply at night and you can see that is is working after 2 weeks od constant use.
dont go for surgery, it isnt the answer

well....exercise can firm up the pecs and help a little but much of the sagging will remain...the only real fix is to have a breast lift or mastoplexy....call a plastic surgeon and have a consultation if it bothers you that much...good luck

Doing isometric exercises may help- put your finger tips together in front of you and push-you can also do that with the palms of your hands- say 5 sets of thirty each day- it strengthens and perks up the muscles underneath- that will definitely help --D

Hmm - I have heard that there are exercises that help you firm up a bit - like pushing your palms hard together in front of you or Peck- push exercises.
There are more detailed exercises here:

For now, i would wear a push-up bra just to help you feel more confident when you go out.

you can consider a breast lift if it really bothers you. it's a little different than augmentation. perhaps you can find a plastic surgeon to get a free consultation from ?

For sagging breasts I recommend lifting them with both hands.

perhaps some hormonal medicine might help?
go and talk to your doctor. he/she can help you with it instead.
