Well, I am going to first find the prime factorization of each. If you don't think you've learned prime factorization yet, then let me know in the additional details section.

50 = 5 x 5 x 2
75 = 5 x 5 x 3
115 = 5 x 23

The HCF therefore is 5. Basically you look at the prime factorization and find what all three numbers share. For example if the prime factorizations were

2 x 2 x 2 x 3 x 5 x 7
2 x 2 x 5
2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 5 x 7

Then the HCF would be 2 x 2 x 5 = 20, because all three share the 2 x 2 x 5.

50 = 2 * 5^2
75 = 3 * 5^2
115 = 5 * 23

Take prime factors common in all numbers

HCF is 5

50=2*5^2

75=3*5^2

115=5*23

LCf=2*3*5^2*23=3450
