There are alot of scams out there but if you're looking to just earn a little extra there are sites out there. You just have to work at it. Here are a few sites i'm on that don't require you to pay any money. These sites you get paid to post discussions.

it depends on which region you live in or where you want to work
http://www.jobcentreplus.gov.uk/JCP/index.html will give you the jobcentr for your area but there's better sites as not all jobs are at the dole office

snagajob.com really worked for me lol, i just filled out an application cuz i was bored and like 2 days later they called me and i go the job...i was shocked. but it worked
