first express in prime factors:

9= 3 * 3
11= 11 * 1
99= 3 *3 * 11

then LCM= 3 * 3 * 11
= 99

obviously the answer is 99

99/9 = 11
99/11 = 9
99/99 = 1

so all are multiples
