anyone know of a program to monitor RAM activity?

I know you can monitor CPU activity in XP through the task manager and can monitor hard disk activity through the LEDs, but what about memory? anyone know of a good program or any method to monitor RAM activity?

You can also choose to add RAM to be monitored in task manager. Look in the menus while logged in as administrator

excellent program which is free. type in ramidle in your search bar. download ram idle and your good to go.
