Yes it is very important to educate the teen agers about sex. But it should not be in form of a part of curriculum, it should be like to be solve the quries and problems of the students. My ideas is there should be some counsellors in the school to solve the problems of teenagers. The special lectures and counselling sessions could be done about the problems of the students. But it should not be included as part of course, since it will increase a burdon on the students instead of solving their problems.

If parents would get past their own discomfort & talk to their kids instead of letting them learn the "facts" of life from media & friends, the schools won't have to do it. I don't need the schools to teach my kids about sex...that's my responsibility.
