Fractals are quite easy to generate with a program written in Basic, for example. It needs two equations, the name of the maths is linear algebra.
You'll find examples quite easily, BUT you'll never find anybody to reverse engineer it (i.e. from the result find the code)

Looking at the very small picture of this one, I know that Ultra Fractal is capable of making a fractal like this. Here is the link to obtain this software. It does cost money, but the trial version is fully functional. All it does is make a watermark on any fractal you render to disk for printing or publishing on the web.
