what is the best thing to use for "lubrication"?

There's a whole wide world of lubricants to choose from now - aside from KY Jelly!
Super Slik and Astroglide are two very good brands and a little more friendly looking than the KY packaging!! Astroglide is developed by NASA scientists and is reported to be very long-lasting.

There are hundreds on the market. My experience is that Astroglide is a nice one, but it's a tad on the runny side. I prefer a gel-type, such as ForPlay by Trimensa Labs.

durex play gel is a fave in my room u can get all different sensation u get a tingle a hot its very good
