A good idea in theory, but then what would you blokes have to moan about in the pub? I spy a flaw in your plan... :o)

I think so, and I am a woman too...
Unfortunately, it all has a lot to do with the monthly cycle women have to go through...
Sometimes we really can't help it...
I certainly don't want to be like I am when I am moody or irritable...
However a strange thing happens during and after menopause...
Things change in your views on life and your moods change with them...
When a woman can no longer have a child, it feels like a portion of your life has just passed you by...
When you can no longer become a mother, it seems like your life is no longer useful...
Now after menopause, there is no more monthly cycles to have to go through and you experience a sense of freedom you never had before...
No longer having to worry about getting pregnant or having children and wondering when mother nature will visit or having the cramps or mood swings...
It's all gone now, and you experience a certain freedom in your life...
But I am with you all the way on the mood altering meds...
I wish I had been on some the last 35 years when I was in my cycles...
Now that I am past menopause age in my 50's, I feel so much better mentally and emotionally...
Now my only trouble is, because of my age, my health went downhill and that starts a whole new cycle for me...
Now I live on pain killers and they only kill pain and don't do a thing for my mood or well being...
Funny how life is...

Do you mean antidepressants? "Mood depressants" would make women depressed, moody and b*tchy. So the answer to your question would be no.
