Does anyone remember PlayPlax?

They were clear perspex squares and tubes with slots cut out so you could slot them together and build fantasy cities. They came in lovely bright clear colours - red, yellow, green, blue... A freind of my parent's bought them for us when we were kids and I've never seen anything like them since....

I'm asking this on Canadian Yahoo as I think that the toy was bought in Canada. Almost certainly North America at any rate...
