Corn snakes and kingsnakes are fairly easy to breed but they're not the easiest. Corn snakes and king snakes are both from temperate regions and will normally only reproduce at certain times of the year. To breed them in captivity you have to "cycle" them. This involves keeping them at a low temperature for a few weeks then increasing the temperature so that they think it is spring and time to breed.
In my opinion, african house snakes are the easiest to breed. They are from the tropics so they don't have to be cycled and they will breed at any time of the year. They usually don't need much encouragement.
Another easy breeder is the brahminy blind snake. It is an all-female species so any individual can reproduce without mating. They are small snakes, however, and don't make the best pets. I would go with the african house snake.

I think corn snakes and king snakes are probably the best. They are also the easiest snakes to keep in general.

try the Indian King Cobra. Its really easy to breed so long as you keep a steady stream of Eggs, Rats, and other varmints ready to get gobbled up.
Make sure you keep its cage properly secured, and as far away from the house as possible though.
Its way of showing affection usually involves kissing the owner. Unfortunately its fangs come in the way.
