I was just wondering, I have no scientific background so I have no clue if I'm sounding mentally handicapped right now haha, If you could find something like buckyballs or carbon nanotubes or something like that, but was smaller and when condensed could be smaller than oxygen but still dense enough to not rise? Tell me what you think.

You mean giant molecules smaller than owygen molecules ? Such dense structures do exist at extremely low temperatures and are called Bose-Einstein condensates.

I think after condensed buckyballs or carbon nanotubes can't be smaller than oxygen. But they will be still dense enough, to not rise.
