This is one good way to hanlde stress-may not be a "cure" but it is a big help--go for walks. Every day, for up to 30 min. Build up slowly if you haven't walked a lot-for exercise before- Build up to 30min. It helps! Depending on where you live, and the weather, maybe a shopping mall near by opens up early for walkers? Or, dance in your apt. if no where else to go for walking. Take care.

It could just be your horones. Relax in a bubble bath, find a hot herbal drink that you like, go for a walk, read a book, there are lots of things to do. Just when you feel frustrated stop and take a deep breath and do something to get away from him for a few mins. Once you calm down then you will feel better. Also let him know that your hormones are out of control and for him to just be a little more patient with you and try to not casue you stress.

A multi B Group vitamin will help with stress.
Try a walk and some fresh air. If you have a dog, take him/her for a walk with you and tell him/her your problems. They love to listen!
Meditation and relaxation music also helps.
A Bach flower remedy such as "Rescue remedy"can help also.
Most of all....Have faith in yourself. Believe that everything happens for a reason and no matter what happens, it is the best option for you at that time in your life. Ever heard the old saying "its meant to be" or "You dont get anything in your life that you cant handle"
Enjoy this time! & Good Luck!
