Does not matter who. Al-Qaeda leadership does not care whom Americans do elect as a President. As Osama bin Laden said in the pre-election speech in 2004, "we do not care who you vote for - Kerry, Bush or even Satan himself, still Americans will not enjoy security!" True, to some extent.
The primary aim of those people is to destroy USA, and it hardly matters who occupies the White House. Americans, by their definition, will and must be destroyed. Whether they succeed - another story.
