The simple answer to your question is indeed sharks. As above poster mentioned however, there are some species that can breath while still.

The reason for this is that water must constantly be passed through their gills for them to get oxygen. Another way some sharks can occasionally remain still, under a rock for example, is when a current is flowing past them. In this way they can get their oxygen while remaining motionless.

Some experts say most species of sharks must keep moving in order to keep water flow over their gills. There are a couple species though that can move their jaws in order to create a flow over their gills like other fish.

Sharks. But a few years ago it was discovered that some deep sea sharks do not move sometimes.

any type of shark because it doesnt have a swim bladder which allows it to foat instead of sinking when it moves so a shark has to continue to move or else it will sink to the bottom and sget eaten by the bottom dwellers
