wow, I do not have a wife. I am a girl. I asked for reseach, for I heard that a man can not divorce a pregnant wife.
And I am not pregnant either, and not a wife. I was curious.

You can divorce her, you don't have to wait until she gives birth, and you can move her out of your house. But you can not serve her, another person has to. And that is the law in my state in the US. I guess it depends where you are at.

AND WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO DO THAT TO YOUR PREGNANT WIFE AND CHILD?????

Yes, they certainly can divorce a pregnant wife. They just need to keep in mind they'll also have to pay child support on the child when it is born.

There is no law which deals with such situations specifically. Divorce can be had if grounds r available for it. A pregnat woman cannot plead pregnancy as a defence but can get maintance from her husband due to reduction in her earning capacity.
