People today still feel having a million in assets is considered rich. If that million is above and beyond the liabilities then I would agree.

Many people have at least a million in assets but when you see their liabilities $ $ they fall well below the line.

One million ahead of the game would be rich.

goodness. that depends. It seems the more money people make or have, the more they get into debt. A lot of lottery winners end up bankrupt because of poor money management.

To be rich I think you need a constant flow of good income ... not just a high amount in the bank.
