Does the cable from a roof aerial generally run through the loft or down the side of the building?

either way , but its neater to run through the loft , but will have to drop down a wall internally (can be sunk in the wall or caped over) outside it can enter the point required through the wall ::: which is easier

Yes, I have seen it done both ways. It might be cleaner looking to run it into the loft. But I see houses that have it hang down the side of the house and then into the wall.

It can do either, if you do not want to see the cable on the outside of the house then take it through the loft.It does not affect the quality of the picture at all.

Either way... does not matter.

However, make sure the cable is fixed properly as the cable itself forms part of the arial and if the cable blows about in the wind then this effect picture quality.

Cam be either, but most seem to come down the outside. When putting the cable in, remember not to have any sharp bends in it as this will cut the signal off

which ever you prefer,i would run it from the outside,less work..
