Awww... that's so sweet. You could get something like matching keychains. I can't remember where I saw them but each was part of a heart so when you put the two of them together they form a heart. Another would be to plan a get-to-gether with friends maybe get a romantic comedy and watch it at one of your parents' houses. You could bake him a cake as well... most young teen guys have a pretty big sweet tooth. Whatever you choose to do have fun!

Whatever you get him, just make sure it wont embarrass him for him to wear it. If he is comfortable wearing matching bracelets or rings or necklaces ...then go for it.
Otherwise, just take him to a Ben & Jerry's and the two of you share a 'Valentine's Day Special' ice cream sundae.

LAST YEAR ON VALENTINES DAY A GIRL GAVE ME THIS BIG AS$ CARD THEN WHEN YOU OPENED IT, IT SAID "I LOVE YOU THIS MUCH" AND IT SAID IT IN A HEART ON THE TEDDY BEAR WITH HIS ARMS OPEN AND IT TOOK UP THE WHOLE INSIDE OF THE CARD THEN SHE SIGNED IT
