is there any way that i can send a file to my email by specifynig its URL...(i want to do this without downloadin it 1st to my computer).. can that file be automatically attached to an email and be sent to my email id?

Most E-mail engines has a button called attatch folders/files and beside it there is a search button click it get your file and attatch it to the mail then send it.

It depends on where the file is originally saved.

if it is already in an email...you can forward it to your email, it will automatically forward the attachment to the email.
if it is saved on the system, attach it as a file and then email it to your address, if it is any other medium, like cd, flash drive, etc. you can directly attach the file and send it, without having to download anything to your computer,

I think I used to do this by making the file an attachment.

look for an attachment button or a little paper clip....if you want to do another way go to http://www.mediafire.com its 100% free you just upload the files you want then after its complete they will give you a URL link to give to people to download the file(s) you uploaded!
