You can do a calculation on the DWP's on line calculator here: https://secureonline.dwp.gov.uk/csa/v1/new/calc.asp. It depends on a lot of different factors so it isn't possible really to answer your question without a lot more information. If you want any more help then feel free to email me (I am a solicitor).

Depends on the wages of the custodial parent and non custodial parent, if custody is 50/50. Usually if the mother has primary custody and the father only has visitation, it can go as high as 33% of the fathers net income, assuming he is the father of all three children.

why would you want anything off your x's. i've never had a penny off the csa,no i don't claim benefit's and i'm not making mega money. But i wouldn't let the csa and my x chew me up over what i could be getting and don't. There's nothing worse than a bitter x going on about csa, sorry.

well i was informed that if i was to claim for my 3 sons i would receive £5.00 a week , this is due to the fact that my ex is on a low wage ....
how the hell they manage to work this out i don't know , i myself am on a low wage yet all of my wages go towards putting a roof over my kids heads, clothes on their backs and food in their bellies ... and it doesn't take a genius to work out that this costs me more than £5.00 a week!!!
U know shall i not bother supporting my kids this week !?
The CSA is a load of bollox .....

A third of whatever HE is earning, after tax but before his payments for mortgage, car etc.
So if he clears 1000 a month you will be Okay for about 333 I reckon.

Anyone that makes that many babies should be prepared to TAKE CARE OF THEM. If you can't afford babies don't make 'em. But by all means, if you have an axe to grind, sic CSA on him; that'll bring lots of sadistic pleasure.

besides the child labor problems you run into you can't really expect them to concentrate on a task for more than ten minutes at a time
