One of the best sites that I have used to translate full web pages is from Babelfish. The link is http://babelfish.altavista.com
It has many different translations and you can change to english or from english.

I`m not 100% sure but if you r/click on a blank space on your desktop scroll down to page info & it says translate page into English. Nothing ventured nothing gained

if u have google toolbar in internet browser it provide a facility and other wise make a search of the desired site in search engine and when u got the desired site in search engine listing it would ask u to translate in English.

Try copying the text, go to : http://babelfish.altavista.com/ and paste it in (assuming you know what language it's in and it's one that's supported) .
It'll probably look very odd, 'cos the program doesn't know the context, but it might give you an idea.
