Heck yeah that bothers me.You should be able to pay your bills, feed and clothe your kids, and have emergency money left over before treating yourself to something. I'm a mom and some days I want to be a brat and buy a new purse or shoes, but I also like to make sure that I an buy food for my family and pay my bills. That's what I hate the most about welfare,it gets abused and people act like that hand out gives them the right to buy crap they don't need instead of taking care of their family.

YES it does. I see it alot in south carolina. The women all nice and clean and the kids look like they live on the streets. My child comes first. My husband saw a women in the gas station with a child buying beer, lotto tickets, cigs and bread. When she got to the register the child wanted some 10 cent candy. Well the lady didn't have enough money for everything so she said no to the candy and put the bread back. Now that was messed up.

Yes that can bother me. I have seen such cases all over the world where parents take care of themselves but have less regard for their own children. They even eat out but have very little food for their children back in the house. They dress well but the children are not dressed up appropriately. It is some selfishness that needs to be studied further as it borders on irresponsibility, selfishness and just outright meanness.
