You need to let the powder dissolve in the water BEFORE adding the clothes. Try not to put so many clothes in each load, either. The soap is not getting a chance to dissolve, so it is not really cleaning anything.

It could be too much detergent so that it is not fully dissolved.
Or you could have loaded the washing machine too heavily so that there are "pockets" where the the detergent was not fully dissolved.
Very likely, it the spots are not caused by undissolved detergent, then it is either caused by something left in the pocket like a tissue or a piece of paper. Or it is lint, normal discharge from clothing occurring in a wash. Your washing machine should have a lint trap. Check if this is full. If full, it will no longer be effective. You need to check the lint trap once every few washes.

Either you got soap powder on your clothes and it didn't wash out completely or you got bleach on them.

it could be too many clothes in one machine.or the washing machine isn't rinsing them enough.i get that .oh and use less soap too.but make sure you rinse them twice
