One of two things is probably happening; either your fan is wearing out and needs to be replaced, or you need to open the case and vacuum out the dirt and dust that have accumulated. Try the vacuuming first; if that doesn't help, then I strongly suggest getting a new fan - you do NOT want your computer to overheat and fry the processor!

It may be that the fan needs to be replaced -- maybe the bearing is wearing out

Hmnmmm...you probably need to give it a throrough cleaning... more than just a can of compressed air through the slots of the side.

Do all of those things, and if that doesn't work, a good smack may bring the bearings into line.

i advice you to change it quickly
but if you cant just take it off and put inside it some oil

the best way is to buy a new one similar to it.
it is too cheap.
