Yes, then I could off myself ten seconds early and screw up the universe!

I would leave it to God, frankly. I've seen a couple of instances where some things could have been predicted, and the predicted dates were slightly off the mark. In retrospect, we realised that if the prediction had been right, things would have been very different, probably not as good as they turned out.

If knowing my death will help me, I'm sure I'll come to know

Knowing the date that your death would occur, would in fact be impossible to know. It would change as soon as the person knew it... For example if I was told I was going to die in thirty years... I would go mountain climbing today.. I would probably drive a lot more reckless. I wouldnt wear my seatbelt...If I was robbed at gunpoint I would fight back...Most people would alter the way that they lived if they knew the date that they were going to die.. They would live much more recklessly.. Think of all the things that you do not do because they are not "safe"... At the same time.... Sure I'd like to know when I was going to die!

Well, it depends. If you know your death, you'll either live in paranoia knowing that one day you'll die and you dont have alot of time... Sure, I know that I have this much time to live, so lets start the "things to do before I die list". It's an interesting philosphal question. Everyone is different, so answers vary. I really think it comes down to the pros and cons.

No, I don't want to know. I have a terminal illness and did create one of those '' to do before I die lists" . I want to die trying to fulfill those desires on my list -- dying; doing what pleases me.

I think if I knew when I was going to die I would throw caution to the wind and live in wild abandonment.........

I am a single mother of two adult women who understand my reasoning on this and they try to help me fulfill my list. For my birthday in March,,,,,,a hot air balloon ride. Later, during tornado weather, a ride with the 'storm-chasers'........If I had to know the date/time of my death I would rush doing these things and maybe not feeling the joys of doing them that I feel now.

The moment you were born your death was decided. Death can come for you at any time. Knowin the date could help me correct my mistakes but it will ruin my imagination and dreams which keep me alive.

If we were able to know the exact date of our death,I am sure we would be more decent humans as we do many evil things without
thinking it will come to al of us no matter how superior you are.

NO! could imagine life living like that? living your days knowing in 2 days or a week you'd be dead, life isn't meant to be lived like that, might as well give up.
