white, cream, gold, orange, beige, pink, turqoise... Brown is a neutral, so you're going to find that a lot of colors will look good with it. Avoid dark tops like the same brown or black. Most blue colors are probably not a good idea, especially navy.

ther's a golder rule - wear a dark top if the bottom is bright and wear a bright top if the rest is dark. So if Ur brown pants are DARk , i would recommend to chose bright shirt - white, caramel, pale orange. if pure colors do not speak for them selves, try to look for combinations - white shirt with caramel stripes, bright orange with Ur pants brown spots, etc. If u do not find anything it's easy for u to buy white shirt and re-do the buttons by putting in the brown ones , or covering Ur neck with brown scarf- the details will work with the pants. Brow things usually suit cowboy style - maybe u could play a bit that?

one of my favorite tops to wear is a turquoise tank with a ruched brown tank over it.
