Have you tried running the maintenance program (Cleaning) about 5 or 6 times in a row ? Change the ink ? Run the Head alignment ? If you've already tried everything and it still doesn't work, you should get rid of it. A new printer doesn't cost that much.

did you use refill ink? If so, it might have clogged the print head.
If not, try to perform deep cleaning (it might suck a lot of ink in the process) in the print properties window.

Your print head might have clogged with dry ink. You can get a print head cleaner (a clear liquid, might be some kind of alcohol) and drop a few drops of it on the print head held upside down. Hold it in position and let it dry. But first take out your ink tank first. let the liquid goes through the nozzles and coming out on the outside. Use a dry and clean tissue paper to gently wipe the print head.then put it back into printer and perform deep cleaning.

Good luck
