OK great question, first of all. :) im a major scrubs nerd.
I'd have to say Dr. Cox's re-he-HEALY's and JD's "everybody was kung fu fighting dance" in the elevator are a tie.

Definately Dr. Cox. Evil people are so entertaining! Dr. Dorian is a pansy and I hate his acting! He makes this fake little voice that just irritates the heck outta me!

Dr. Dorian, he's a better actor and even though I don't think of him as a heart throb, he's cute in his own way and plays very well to the audience, or the TV. He works very well with the cast, and for a young actor he's smooth in his klutzy way. You can't help but like him. Didn't think I would like the show, but he changed my mind.
