I just bought one, its so sweet, but im worried i look a tiny little bit pregnant. Is this normal? is this how the dress is meant to look?
Is there a way to hide it? Under the bust, the entire dress is pleated.

The dress is suppose to be like that.Take it to a tailor and see if they can undo the stich that is pleated to make it look straighter.

What kind of materials? Prints? Colors?
It would be wise if you could provide as much details as possible for this question.
After all, these factors pretty much dictates what are the best ways to wear the babydoll dresses.

Remember, proportion is the key when it comes to wear this style of dresses and certainly, a fuller figure person should NOT even consider wearing this style at all, of course, unless that person is expecting.

I'm guessing that's normal for the dress style since it blooms out in a different area than other dresses

Yes every time I put on a babydoll dress my stepbrother calls me pregnant and I feel like smacking him. Now I only wear babydoll lingerie and don't go out wearing them.

yes that always happens - and the bigger your bust is the more pregnant you look. get used to it cause someone is going to say "when r u due" sometime when u r wearing it, i always answer 'about a month after you by the look of things' that makes them think twice if they aren't

it's how the dress is made, you could try wearing leggings under it to stop the prego look. this is the best pic I could find....
