Weather effects us all equally. So I don't think you could say it is against your human rights

If there were a government agency or some such that declared your area a snow emergency and did not do so in similar circumstances in areas with a different racial, religious, or gender make up it might be an issue.

deffo, start with leagal aid, canvass the local council, if theres no joy there, try westminster, if thats knocked back, head to the European court of human rights, when thats thrown out, ask for a review of the proceedings, when all fails contact the local paper, put on your worst clothes and look thoroughly miserable.. and forget to mention that its been two years since all your appeal rights were exhausted and you were told to leave the country...sorry thought u were an asylum seeker for a min there
