Is my boyfriend cheating?

Do you think my boyfriend is cheating on me?
I checked my boyfriends voicemail a little while ago.... I was listening to his saved messages. One of the saved messages was a girl. She didnt say very much at all. No name or anything, she just said " Helloooo" Very flirty like, then hangs up. He never has serivce at his house or most of the places he goes, other than work.

Tonight I asked him if he was just staying with me untill someone better comes along. He seemed very odd and said " No.." then trys to change the subject.

Is he cheating on me?

Should I be worried and ask him about it? Or will that give me away, of being able to find these things out?

Also....

He gave me his pass code a while back.
I dont check them very often.
I have been cheated on before.
He always is lying to me. Stealing stuff of mine and others, where his been ect...
I had a gut feeling something was wrong. Thats why I checked his voice mail.

FIRST OF ALL, IF YOU HAVE CAUGHT HIM LYING AND STEALING FROM YOU, YOU SHOULD IMMEDIATELY KICK HIM TO THE CURB. HE'S NO GOOD FOR YOU IF HE IS GOING TO BE LYING AND STEALING.

AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED, IF HE IS LYING, THEN YOU ALREADY CANNOT TRUST HIM, AND IF YOU CAN'T TRUST HIM THEN THE RELATIONSHIP IS DOOMED TO FAILURE REGARDLESS IF HE'S CHEATING OR NOT.

IT THINK CHEATING IS THE LEAST OR YOUR WORRIES, IF HES STEALING FROM YOU AND OTHERS.

WHAT IF HE GETS BUSTED WITH STOLEN MERCHANDISE, AND YOU HAPPEN TO BE WITH HIM? THEY WILL ARREST YOU AS AN AXXESSORY TO THE CRIME AND I KOW YOU DON'T WANT THAT TO HAPPEN.

I BELIEVE THAT HE IS INDEED CHEATING ON YOU BECAUSE OF HIS EVASIVENESS TO CONFRONT THE SITUATION, AND HE HAS ALREADY GIVEN YOU MORE THAN AMPLE REASONS FOR DOUBTING HIM LONG BEFORE THIS ISSUE CAME UP.

IT'S ENTIRELY YOUR DECISION, BUT I SUGGEST YOU SEND HIM PACKING AND THE SOONER THE BETTER, THAT WAY IF HE GETS BUSTED FOR SOMETHING, YOU WON'T REAP THE FALLOUT FROM IT.

Okay even if you ask if straight out he is going to lie again. Why would he admit to cheating. If you have a gut feeling then my guess is yes. And from the sounds of it he doesn't have much respect for you. Are you dating my ex. Same story. Stealing. I would find all these phone numbers on scraps of paper without names. I once found a used condom tied in a knot stuck up in one of the random boxes in my room. Gross I know. We didn't use condoms. Just dump his as! now. You can do better and you will. If you stay with him and you need proof then check his voice mail often and daily so he won't have the opportunity to erase anything first. Why would he save a message that just said Hello. Strange.

I would tell you to jump the gun and assume he's cheating. You said you had been cheated on before, so everything he does you probably think it's cheating.
