US, Canada, Australia, most of Europe, Central and S. America, many African countries. It's easier to list the countries where Christmas is not a national holiday.

There's Denmark, Holland, Sweden, Poland, Germany and many others, however, they don't call it Christmas and it's not on December 25th. In Denmark it is a family feast day but they exchange gifts. Simple hand made gifts that come from the heart. Sweden celebrates it by a night of prayer, followed by a big meal and a gift exchange...but it is basically just a commercial holiday anymore..not just for Christian nations. I always thought it was meant to be a Christain Holiday but it's not...it's just a chance for big business to get our money.

Réunion Island (French département contained in the Indian ocean) maximum human beings have a fish fry on the sea coast, or at their homes. Grilled sausages, poultry, pork chops and so on. For dessert they have a difficulty-free buche de noel notwithstanding the important component right here's a wide pile of Lychees that are in season. they actually have "paté creole" that is a form of corn flour cake in certain circumstances full of meat. i'm getting a Christmas Pudding flown over which substances to the kinfolk night meal.
