Yes, it usually involves me putting the other person ahead of my own priorities to make sure things turn out okay for them. I have a big heart, and sometimes that gets the best of me. But I just want people to be happy, and be there for them.

I'm very compassionate to a degree. I don't get walked all over. I have more respect for myself than to let that happen.

Yes and no.
I have compassion for those who are needy, ill, less fortunate.
I have no compassion for those who can readily help themselves, who have commited crime and are looking for leiniency, or those who are greedy and selfish.
