Very tough q......
would have to be sometime during the Abbey Road sessions, although it is acclaimed as such a "tight & intricate" album, basically at no time did all 4 of them record together at any one time.
That was Aug 20, 1969 to complete I Want You (She's So Heavy)... the very last recording session that all four attended according to The Beatles Abbey Road Recording Sessions

But the true answer when was the last time they gathered together was Aug 22, 1969 at John's Tittenhurst Park home for
publicity photo session most commonly found on The Beatles Again (Hey Jude) LP

even though technically,the last time they all four in a room together was quite possibly at John Lennon's funeral,the last time the four of them were together was during the recording of 'Get Back'. The only other time i'm aware of that the surviving beatles reunited after john's death was when george,paul and ringo recorded 'Blue Moon of Kentucky' in June 1994. see link...
