My wife says she can not remember the email address of her married lover with who she had chatted for one year. She says she has lost the book containing the email. She met him twice as is written in the passionate love letter I found.

Probably lying. If she's met him then she would also have his phone #, address, where he works, etc.

If she has mental problems I can see her not remembering anything, but no way can she forget with such history of contact for a year with that guy. You know you know she knows it, so don't give her the benefit of the doubt, you feel it in your belly, you can't trust her, bottom line. My advice is get some counseling, and practice safe sex with her, she might be sneaking around behind your back. Don't ask her for the address, she's not going to give it to you, and dont make yourself upset over this. No one is worth to put someone through this kind of torture.

It is hard to say if she is lying or not but obviously she doesn't want him she is still with you.

Be more concern of getting your wife off the computer than worring about his e-mail address.

She can talk and met with him other ways if she really wants to.

I hope you can work things out...maybe you should both seek some professional help. It would be worth it to keep your marriage going.

the wife can't remember??? if she is like the rest of her gender, they can remember every detail of every day of every person you or she had contact with all the way back through time to when she was 6 years old. yer damn right she knows that email address.

btw it is statistically proven that women break up relationships more often than men do! she either wants a change or she wants some drama- lots of biatches thrive on drama.

With all my heart I say find a proper time--get her attention---and make it clear you want a final disposition on this issue. Speak calm and don't threaten--keep it human---keep it a bit dignified---ask the question in a proper way---and if you don't get a true answer or you have a problem with what she says, take the steps to get on with your next move--legal counseling. Plenty of people never get past these issues--but lots do---you know her better than anyone---do you have it in your heart to believe what she tells you??? I hope so. Good luck with this but you may need to face reality and you know what I mean.

yeah she is lying to you... check the history of your computer. you should find it there... better yet you should look up a good divorce lawyer for yourself if she is cheating on you and has been chatting with a dude for a year. why would you put up with that?
