his name is The Humbler and hes essentially very good at everything and when people get really arrogant and get a big head when they do something really good, he comes in and does it better. And when people say wow The Humbler you were amazing at that he just says "Naaa im just like anyone else"

That is a good idea to project the hero to the viewers. We like a hero, despite his heroic qualities, to show humility. A hero on the screen, has to gain acceptability among the audience, for which one of the methods is to make him mouth certain humble dialogue, while he does his heroic deeds.

That's a fantastic idea! I would like to recommend you put him in plain old regular civilian clothes, like jeans and a T-shirt, with maybe a jacket over it. That way he doesn't look like he's anything special, even when he's outdoing someone.
