but my time of the month isnt for a week? what is wrong??

It could just be that your period will be early or maybe you've strained a muscle or something. Actually our wombs expand and contract continuously throughout our lives it's just generally we can't feel it. Sometimes it's more noticable like during a period or during pregnancy but could be your are just a bit more sensitive this month. Unless it is causing you serious discomfort or concern you'd probably be wise to wait and see if your period arrives as normal. If it does and the problem goes away I wouldn't worry, if not, seek medical advice.

well if you are sexually active you could be pregnant. that happened to me when i was pregnat with my son. or you could have a cyst on one of your ovaries.
