i got injured and haven,t got no benefits i don,t know what is my lawyer doing i am out of job no where to live my bills r piling up i am going out of my mind some body help me.

you might try to go to social services in your area and see if they can help you but if you are not happy with the progress your attorney is making, go to the workman's compenstion court and talk to one of the attorneys you see there. workman's compensation is a special field and some attorneys - the ones that you would see in the court -
may be able to get results faster than a general attorney who does not specialize in that field.

Contact the social welfare agency in your state (each state has a different name for the State agency ) that provides general assistance and welfare checks while you are disabled and unemployed. They may be able to process claims for disability benefits, etc., while you are waiting for the processing of the worker's comp claim.

If you don't know the agency, check with your local public library for reference books with addresses and telephone numbers of the state agencies and county agencies in your area.
