frankly just by looking at the picture and description at anidb.net, the animation looks very good, but the story seems a bit cliched, but yeh i'll download it and watch it later

edit:
i watched the fansub, and the first episode was fantastic in terms of the action and the episode time line / plot, i hope it retains this standard
the first episode of Speed Grapher felt like this, but then degenerated into a crappy hero vs villain type story
