It's not that it's neccissarily "unhealthy", you'll just get unwanted sagging in the long run. Only wear when needed, such as working out, sleeping, ect...The best kinds of bras are molded cups.

Where Did you get your information from. It could be possible that someone would think they are unhealthy because they are not the traditional bra. A man had to come up with the bra no way a woman did. I am a RN and I wear sports bras almost always. If you have large breasts more support would obivously require a more traditional bra. There are those who are well endowed and have indentations in their shoulders to prove bras work to pull and tug us into shape at what cost? I have always been one to loose the bra as soon as possible when it was required and I love sports bras and even wear a bra more often now. I am now going to see if I can find something about them being unhealthy, because I have never heard that one.

Sports bras are only for when you are doing sports if women wear them all the time they don't get the suport they need.

ugh no... it doesnt prevent your boobs from naturally growing, but you cant get very sore from wearing them 24/7. Ive heard from my trainer that its ok to wear sports bra's at anytime you just want to make sure its a breathable cotton, all spandex and other cloth can irritate the skin.
