Hey, I go through the same thing... and what I use is ADVIL MIGRANE - has to be the migrane one - Extra strength.
And a hot water bottle. Or one of those therma-care heat patches! (work great if you have to work).
Believe me my cramp were so severe where I went to the hospital for them.. And now I do that for 2 days of my cycle and I am ALL GOOD.. don't even feel like you have cramps.
When your cramps ease, so will the diareaha.
Good luck :o)

I've been taught that exercise and warm beverages lessens the pain of cramps. Avoid cold foods/beverages such as ice cream, iced coffee/tea, etc. You could ask your doctor to prescribe you certain medicines to help your problems, or take Advil or some other painkillers.
And when all else fails, I like to take a hot shower and sleep ;X

Okay, here's my method:
I take a warm bath, drink a cup of hot cocoa with a little ginger added, and have a bowl of Special K plus protien (I'm diabetic, so.. avoiding sugars is neccesary for me) to help with the second issue.
If that doesn't help after a bit, I take some ibuprophen, and drink green tea. Lots of green tea. Generally my cramps and the other problem go away after the first day with that routine.

Birth- control pills, they aren't just for contraception they are also medically proven to ease bad cramps by lessening the amount of menstrual flow that you experience during your period see your Dr. Also try taking a pain reliever such as Pamprin or Midal the day before or even two days before your period is to start to provide relief before they start. As for the diarrhea try Imodium.

take naproxen sodium (aleve or generic) for several days before you expect your period - it will prevent the cascade of hormones that cause the problem - well, at least it will turn it down some. I always did that - and then tylenol and Doans back ache pills (they are for back pain from muscle spasms - and cramps are muscle spasms) every four hours of the period - thats about the only thing that made mine bearable.

I love the new heat patches they make (I think they are called Thera-heat?) They stick to you and appy gentle heat for up to 8 hours, it's like having a portable heating pad with you all the time. I'm surprised at how well they work and how long they last.

definite there is. I used thus far a Chiropractor and he rubbed my uterus on the out section. I harm at the starting up, it is like a rub down. even though it worked. Rub on the outdoors-like you abdomen lower than your navel and rub down slowly. It completely works. also Ibuprofen works more suitable that tylenol!

This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Why don't you try some time tested home remedies? I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html
