Oh i know what you mean. I just vaccume the carpet and matress (yes the MATRESS) then vaccume the sheets and put ALL my clothes that i have worn since i got dust mites in the wash..then i wash the sheets that i vaccumed. Vaccume drapes (if you have) and chairs. Use a strong vaccume too.

An air purifier would help, and wash your bedclothes with vinegar in the rinse water.

vacume regularly get mattress and pillow covers and use bleach and water to wipe them down

but isnt dust always there? so even if you do manage to kill some they will always come back.
