When a person is a transsexual or transgendered they perceive themselves as being the opposite sex that they are anatomically. In order for them to do that, they would be already going out someone of the same societial gender that they are. For example: An effemminate gay male is transsexual, the conservative gay male is just gay. The effemminate guy feels like a woman, therefore sees himself as a woman with a man therefore being a straight couple. So yes they are usually gay and either undergo surgery to change their parts or go on hormones or cross dress or all of the above.

Hi,
There are many natural ways to cure premature ejaculation. A proven natural method can be found on this site http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=565

Recent polls have shown that the average length of intercourse is usually anywhere between 2 to 12 minutes. Most often those diagnosed with premature ejaculation climax in less than a minute or two, and there are even those who ejaculate before there is any sort of penetration. In all actuality, “too short” is really just a matter of opinion. The most important factor is if a man feels that he is unable to control his ejaculation and is frequently climaxing before he would like. Any man who feels that this is a problem for him may be suffering from some form of premature ejaculation.
Cheers.

I have been suffering from premature ejaculation for most of my life, but I found the most amazing invention to tackle this issue and since then I never looked back, and it is so simple. You can find the solution here ( http://prematurejaculation.kyma.info ) When a man is suffering from premature ejaculation, he is often climaxing before his partner and in the case of most men it is difficult if not impossible for them to continue intercourse after ejaculating. That's because chemicals are released when a man ejaculates and these are the same chemicals that make a person feel sleepy and/or not aroused. It’s not that they have suddenly lost interest, just their brain is telling them that the sex is over. This effect is more prominent after intercourse than after masturbation because intercourse actually causes four times more of these chemicals to be released. If premature ejaculation occurs frequently, it can lead to embarrassment for the man and sexual frustration for both partners.

A transsexual is a person who self-identifies as a member of the gender opposite to the one assigned to them at birth - therefore not about sexual attraction more about gender reidenticification - not really about 'being gay' at all.

Transsexualism should not be confused with cross dressing or with the behaviour of drag queens and drag kings, which can be described as transgender but not transsexual. Also, transvestic fetishism usually has little, if anything, to do with transsexualism. As a general rule, transsexual people tend to dress and behave in a manner consistent with the gender they identify with, crossdressers tend to dress (and sometimes behave) in a manner consistent with stereotypical ideals of the opposite gender as opposed to the real-life behavior of that gender, and "drag queens" or "drag kings" tend to dress and behave in a flamboyant manner which parodies rather than emulates the opposite gender.

Being a transvestite does not mean you are gay - cross dressing will quite often refer to straight men who dress up and do it for reasons of sexual arousal. A drag queen or king is usally someone who is more specifically gay and that is normally for entertainment purposes. Therefore assuming all 'trannies' are gay is wrong and kind of missing the point. Transgender people aren't really anything to do with it at all!

Most trannies like men, some like women. They are men who have breast implants and they are for gay men in denial of being gay.

Trannies are monsters.

I don't know if this is meant to be a sarcastic question or not but men who are transsexuals are actually women that were born into a mans body & vice versa. There is nothing funny about it. These people go through so much physical & emotional pain & I applaud them for having the courage to be who they always knew they were.

Premature ejaculation is caused by specific things that you do before and during sex. Most of the time without even realizing it. Read here https://tr.im/OsVDI

Premature ejaculation is not some gene you're born with, the result of your penis size or a part of your personality that you can never change.

Sexuality and gender identity are two separate things. And people have been acting outside of gender norms since those norms were created.
