My son works the "graveyard" shift from 3 am until about 7amish each morning at his job.
He is a very deep sleeper and even 4 separate alarm clocks don't work -- although they wake US up all the way down the hall.
His job has excellent salary and health benefits, so he literally can't afford to lose it.
So back to the question: I'm up every am until about 2:30ish to make sure he's up and getting ready (and not going back to sleep!) for work.
I'M EXHAUSTED, so what's your reason?

I am dreading tomorrow. My 8 year old is awake because her stomach hurts. I have an earache. The hamster is walking on it's excercise wheel which sounds like nails scaping down a chalkboard. My friend is trying out her new coffee press in the kitchen. The t.v. is on and it's distracting me. I am worrying about things I shouldn't be.

I slept too late and when I go to sleep all i have to look forward to is getting up and going to work...One thing I have noticed about this is most of us all are on here for the same reason...I guess to communicate and it is a little interesting and better than television

Because i have an Evil Bull Weevil burrowing into my skull and singing the song that never ends, and for some reason i can't sleep with all the singing.

i jus got my two nephews age 5 and 3 to sleep after a big family bbq today cleaned up my house and now relaxing on the good ol pc

I am up because i didnt go to sleep untill 5 am yesterday and i didnt get up untill 6 pm yesterday.
I say yesterday twice because it is 1 am now :o)
