I took a bunch of explicit photgraphs and emailed them to this guy I frequently mess around with and I sent him all the pics. Tonight I was hanging around a friend who knows this guy and he told me that the guy I sent the pictures to is definately going to show them to everyone. What should I do? I know it was stupid of me know but I wasn't really thinking at the time. Also my nephew (he's 23, I'm 26) lives with him and I think he's even perverted enuf to show him! I don't want my reputation to be ruined and we know alot of the same people. What should I do? Can I threaten to press charges against him if they get out? I'm from a strict Catholic family and they would disown me if they found out.

i think its probably to late but talk to the guy and find out how he feels and tell him how you feel try to convince him nicely and if that don't work rip his balls off

Once the pictures leave your hands they kind of become the other persons property to do with as they like , much like a gift.
Unfortunately it is too late now. If you and another take pictures together - you keep all the copies and the negatives. That is about the only way to ensure they won't be seen by anyone else.

You can't sue him or press criminal charges against him after you sent the pictures to him. If he sells the pictures you may have a case. Otherwise your best bet is to talk to him and not send pictures to "perverts" in the future.
