The homework makes sense, but the questions are unanswerable definitively. We do know how many he wrote: 154. Arguably there are sonnets buried in the plays (There is one in _romeo and Juliet._). It has been debated for years when the sonnets were written. They may have been written over a period of years, and they seem to be divided into groups about the young man, the dark lady, and so on. Some are about heterosexual love, some about homosexual love. However, all dating is conjectural. The first edition of the sonnets was published in 1609, and Shakespeare was born in 1564, but beyond that who knows? They are dedicated to W. H., but it is unclear who that is. There have been debates about these initials; nothing is certain.

Whoever hast thy wish, thou hast thy will

Something like that. "Will" was Shakespeare himself but it was also slang for genitals, both male and female. Willst thou vouchsafe to put my will in thine? I don't know the whole thing or the number.
