u look to see if any of your cavity fillings are in there you never know if u swallowed one

Bad signs would be blood or chunks of anything other than say vegetable matter (corn, peanuts, etc.) Also, if it's very dark black in color and not solid that can also be a sign of digested blood or internal tissue say from cancer or ulcers.
Your best bet if you're worried is just to go the doctor and have a sample tested. Embarassing, I know but it could save your life.

to see what hemisphere your in if it coils clockwise your in the northern hemisphere if it's counter clockwise your in the southern hemisphere and if it piles up on it's self your close to the equator
