AND SOME YOUNG WOMAN SAID I WAS TRASHY. I DONT LOOK,TALK,DRESS OR ACT TRASHY IN ANY WAY, SO WHAT DOES SHE MEAN ?

Well, it doesn't mean anything good. Usually, it refers to people who aren't neat and maybe not so clean. It could me someone who doesn't wash off her makeup at night and gets up and wears it all smeared the next day. People who call others 'trashy' are trying to indicate they are low class in society and are not worthy.
